      Description Augustus Aerospace Company was incorporated in January 2018 and is a spinoff of Pericle Communications Company, a Colorado engineering firm specializing in wireless communications. From the Pericle heritage, Augustus has a history of building advanced ISR and communications payloads for both high altitude and small satellite platforms. These payloads have flown on hundreds of high altitude balloons and on ten Cubesats. These Cubesats were launched on an early SpaceX Falcon 9 booster and three Atlas V boosters. The company has several current small satellite projects and two recently delivered payloads are scheduled for launch later this year. Augustus retains the technical and business team from Pericle that has successfully provided payloads to the U.S. Government since 2004.
