Tarleton State University, a member of The Texas A&M University System, has an enrollment of more than 8,000 students on four campuses in Stephenville, Fort Worth, Killeen, and Waco, Texas. The university confers degrees in about 100 undergraduate programs and more than 20 graduate programs. It also offers a doctorate in educational administration. Tarleton State has approximately 450 full- and part-time faculty providing instruction at six colleges (agriculture and human sciences, business administration, education, liberal and fine arts, science and technology, and graduate studies).
