Lucid Sight was founded to explore the frontiers of game development and uncover opportunities in this ever-changing space. Over the last 6 years, we have positioned ourselves as leaders and developers in various new technologies. From VR, AR, XR to blockchain, crypto, and NFTs our team has had the chance to develop on the bleeding edge. During this time the team developed many exciting VR projects (Justice League for PSVR), created the first licensed MLB NFTs (MLB Crypto / Champions) in 2018, and had the privilege to create the first licensed Star Trek NFTs that were integrated into our space MMO (CSC).
In 2021 Lucid Sight acquired the open-source networking framework known as Colyseus, using it as the foundation of our containerized multiplayer server hosting solution known as Colyseus Arena. Launched this year, Colyseus Arena has helped game developers of all sizes host and scale their multiplayer experiences. Launching everything from AAA mobile titles to indie multiplayer games.
