Tidelift was founded with a mission in mind: making open source work better—for everyone. That idea carries over into everything we do. Our leadership team includes veterans of Red Hat, Wikipedia, Mozilla, GitHub, and Google.
At Tidelift, we're building an optimistic and inclusive team. We have a shared office space in Boston, but we embrace remote work: two of the co-founders and over half of our overall team are distributed. We meet up three times a year to hang out in person, too.
We believe in work-life harmony: doing good work, with urgency and pragmatism, and at a sustainable pace.
