Description American Walnut Company manufactures hardwood lumber, walnut gunstock blanks, and other wood products. Subsidiary Dyrnamic Research Technologies produces handgun and rifle ammunition for hunting and law enforcement. Other offerings include export packaging and in-house freight forwarding. The firm traces its roots to 1889. American Walnut Company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in July 2010.
