Arlington Community FCU is a community-focused, not-for-profit financial institution serving 25,000 members throughout Northern Virginia. We were founded more than 70 years ago by Arlington Public School teachers and have grown to serve and empower neighbors with a simple philosophy: to hear their stories and find the best solutions, in order to create positive change in our communities. We are guided by our core values -- excellence, integrity, empathy, and passion -- and provide employees with professional development and cultural engagement opportunities in order to live into those values every day. In partnership with area schools, local governments, and non-profits, we deliver financial education programs for all ages, including individual financial counseling services to help our community members thrive.
