Black History Month provides a keen opportunity to commemorate and celebrate the contributions of Black individuals in U.S. history. As a part of this celebration, John Shlonsky, CEO of West Technology Group, LLC., and Chris Johnson of SchoolMessenger, are doubling down on advocacy of DE&I initiatives through community outreach in an effort to make a difference in the world, all while valuing the achievements of the past. Partnering with Black Professionals Employee Resource Group Leader and VP of SchoolMessenger, Tisha Woodard, the team looks forward to supporting the efforts to mentor students in local high schools and share the outstanding achievements made in technology by Black figures throughout history.
