Description Nanya Technology's business is taking a stroll down memory lane. The company is a producer of memory chips, especially DRAM devices. It also makes memory modules that incorporate its chips. Founded in 1995, Nanya Technology operates three semiconductor plants in Taiwan, and has sales offices in China, Germany, Japan, and the US. Nanya is conducting joint technology development with Micron Technology, working together on advanced DRAM manufacturing processes. Taiwan-based Nan Ya Plastics, which is part of the Formosa Group, is the controlling shareholder of Nanya Technology.
