The company's Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) software, called Inquisite Survey System, allows users to create and manage surveys and analyze the data provided. Its Employee Performance Management (EPM) System is a Web-based program for HR professionals to track workers' performance and the subsequent appraisal process. Inquisite's clients come from around the globe in a variety of fields, such as consumer goods, life sciences, manufacturing, and retail; customers include Dell, The Gap, and Monster.com. In 2009 Inquisite was acquired by Allegiance, Inc., a developer of EFM software.
