The company owns the 700-room Hooters Casino Hotel, with some 29,000 sq. ft. of casino floor space and, of course, a Hooters restaurant, among other dining, drinking, and retail venues. The hotel was renovated from the former Hôtel San Rémo and now features the famous Hooters brand decor. 155 East Tropicana owns the right to use the brand solely for this hotel through a licensing deal with restaurant franchisor Hooters of America; Hooters Gaming Corporation, an affiliated company, owns the right to use the brand for casino and hotel operations elsewhere in the state of Nevada. CEO Niel Kiefer leads a group that controls the company.
