Silverfleet Capital keeps its buys out for a good deal. The firm provides private equity financing in middle-market transactions, including management buyouts, buy-ins, and combinations of the two. Silverfleet Capital invests in European companies or US-based companies with European operations. It focuses on companies valued between E75 million and E500 million (between $95 million and $635 million) in industries including consumer, financial services, health care, and chemicals. Formerly owned by Prudential fund manager M&G, it has invested on behalf of Prudential's Life Funds, Staff Pension Scheme, and other pension clients. Silverfleet Capital was itself acquired in a management buyout in 2007.
