Description Connect2Care was founded by health professionals with a shared passion for helping people with a disability reach their highest potential.
What started in May 2019 as an NDIS registered provider offering predominantly Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services in Melbourne has grown to become a national, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals supporting children and adults with disabilities.
We offer predominantly mobile services throughout Australia, and our therapists have extensive experience working in homes, schools, and other community-based settings. We also provide in-centre therapy at our metropolitan hubs in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, as well as Telehealth appointments.
The driving force behind our success is the combination of exceptional service and building good relationships with our clients and key stakeholders, focusing on helping our clients realise their goals and aspirations.
