The mission of Whittier Street Health Center is to provide high quality, reliable and accessible primary health care and support services for diverse populations to promote wellness and eliminate health and social disparities.
WSHC is a comprehensive and innovative health and wellness center championing equitable access to high quality, cost-effective health care for diverse populations. We provide: Adult and Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Dental/Orthodontics, Laboratory, Health Benefits, Orthopedic, Radiology, Urgent Care, and WIC. Our public health programs include: Arts Therapy; Building Vibrant Communities in Public Housing; Cancer Survivor-ship Clinic; Cardiovascular Community Health Program; Centering Pregnancy and Parenting; Dana-Farber Community Cancer Center; Diabetes & Chronic Disease Management Clinics; Domestic Violence Counseling; Geriatric Clinic; Men's Health Program; Post-Prison Release Program; Project ME HIV/AIDS Drop-In Center; Hepatitis C & STD Prevention and Management; Youth Violence Prevention Programs; Whittier Youth Services and Enrichment; Refugee Health Assessment; and Pharmacy (discounted medications). We also partner with BPS for counseling and mentoring services.
