Mission Our core purpose is to inspire and cultivate people and business so that they can thrive. What does this look like for our customers? To put it simply, ASCI helps our customers resolve their supply chain headaches. What does this look like for our employees? A job that provides the freedom to leverage their knowledge and expertise where they are treated like professionals in a caring family-like atmosphere.
Description When ASCI was formed in April of 1999, the price of a barrel of oil was less than the current price of a latte. A large Oil & Gas operator on the North Slope was struggling with a lack of understanding of how to make their processes more efficient in the middle of a major merger. We helped them through that challenge and kept them as a customer for more than 21 years.
Since our inception, ASCI's core purpose has been to inspire and cultivate people and business so that they can thrive. We do this through helping our customers look at situations from different angles and use creative approaches to find more efficient and cost-effective ways to operate. We strive to eliminate the internal tension that comes at the intersection of multiple departments, processes, systems and managing their "stuff" (supply chain management). This helps to create internal alignment and transparency within our customer’s organizations, improving overall operations. We focus on streamlining processes so that our customer can focus on their core business. This also gives our employees the freedom to leverage their subject matter expertise and have a clear sense of accomplishment. ASCI has a core philosophy of doing the right thing, even when it may impact our financial interests. We put people first and profit second.
