Changing Lives through Technology Innovation: BrainScope's paradigm shifting technology is changing the way head-injured patients are assessed and managed. BrainScope One provides a handheld point of care assessment for head injury that objectively assesses mild Traumatic Brain Injury (or concussion) in healthcare environments ranging from emergency departments and urgent care clinics, to the sports sideline and the military healthcare facilities.
For patients, BrainScope offers a safe, effective, and comprehensive tool that could reduce the need for a head CT scan, allowing for the potential reduction in radiation and increased patient comfort. For healthcare providers, BrainScope offers clear and objective data points, acquired quickly, to aid in their assessment of brain trauma in their patients.

Our Technology: BrainScope® One device, utilizing Electroencephalogram (EEG) technology, is the first objective, portable, radiation-free, adjunctive device capable of assessing the full spectrum of TBI. Its ability to rapidly identify the likelihood of both a structural brain injury (brain bleed) and functional brain impairment (concussion) dramatically improves the current treatment path for evaluating mild brain injury.
