BEAR is changing the way individuals & families learn about and manage both their greatest investment & where they spend the vast majority of their lives - their homes. Tiffany & Nathan founded BEAR in 2010 out of a passion for homes and a belief that there is a need for engineering expertise applied at a homeowner level, a service that is both affordable and accessible to the average person. Our clients are a mix of people who are in the process of purchasing a home and they need an expert evaluation of the foundation & drainage in a tight timeframe or homeowners who are observing troubling signs of issues and need the expert, independent & objective guidance.
