Our colleague Nancy has inherited this passion from her family, which already spans four generations of professionals in the field. Her eldest son has followed in her footsteps by becoming a driver with us! Nancy's career path at Groupe Robert is impressive. She has progressed through a variety of positions, starting in dispatch for the United States. She then moved on to roles in pricing and billing, and seized the opportunity to get involved in recruitment. During this period, she undertook a DEP (diploma of professional studies) in trucking on a part-time, co-op basis. Her plan was clear: she didn't want to become a driver, but rather specialize in training. Groupe Robert believed in her project, developing a 450-hour training plan with the safety and compliance team. That's how she became a training coordinator. She is currently pursuing her studies, obtaining a management certification at university. She appreciates the opportunity to be encouraged by managers to reach new heights. In return, she also invests in the development of her colleagues, because she likes to see people grow within the company.
