Our mission is making complex problems and equipment simple in the Optical coating industry, not by creating incredibly complex and sophisticated solutions to what are relatively simple problems.
Vacuum Innovations, originally founded by it's President, Jim Oliver, in 2007, is a engineering and manufacturer company of equipment for the precision optical coating industry. Located in Dansville, NY, V.I. produces precision components and full (custom) optical coating systems. Jim operated Vacuum Innovations soley until Bobby, Vice-President, joined the team in 2017. Over the years the company has grown rapidly, now having 18 employees, a new facility, and still expanding. V.I. aquired it's machine shop with the new facility to fabricate their intuitive designs of high-quiality components.
