BCE was established in Sacramento, in 1990, by Fred Barnum and Paul Celillo. BCE started with eight employees and now as grown to over 200 + employees.
BCE’s business is commercial, light industrial, multi-family electrical contracting, Solar, Lighting maintenance and Service. Our company has not only expanded in size, but has also expanded in capability. BCE now has its own electrical design team.
We have built our electrical contracting company on financial strength and corporate consistency. From conception to completion, BCE delivers-with pride, with integrity and with the highest standards of quality and performance.
