Description As young professionals living in New York, co-founders Sam & Jordan struggled to find the time to prepare wholesome, nutritious home-cooked meals for themselves. They searched obsessively for the best options for take-out and delivery, but were left consistently disappointed by what they found. Even so-called “healthy” restaurants didn’t serve the simple, wholesome, unadulterated food they craved. They knew they could do better.

Since opening the first Springbone in Greenwich Village in 2016, the brand has carefully and organically grown to 9 locations around NYC and NJ, taking care of first and foremost of the Springbone team, and then customers and shareholders.
