Based in Louisiana, Al Copeland Investments, LLC. was founded by the late Al Copeland,Sr.,the renowned restaurateur who founded Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken in 1972.
Today, the restaurant division continues to expand and currently consists of 6 concepts that include 24 locations spread throughout the United States southern region.
