The events that triggered the rightful protests that are taking place all over the United States are devastating. They are just the latest example of the inequality and injustice that black Americans have endured for generations. When inequality and injustice are endured for generations, limits are reached. When limits are reached, things boil over and cannot be ignored. When things cannot be ignored, they must be addressed. Because only by addressing these issues, can real change finally happen. Phenomenon will be a part of this change by addressing our own failings and that of the wider advertising community. We are a minority-owned agency, yet even we can and should do much more. And we will.
