The health and wellness of our employees has been our top priority throughout the COVID-19 crisis. From the onset, we?ve conducted regular line manager and employee check-ins and provided access to health and wellbeing counselling services. We?ve created numerous touchpoints, both social and work-related, to ensure employees remain connected virtually during this time, and the engagement and creativity has resulted in several popular programs that will remain a key part of our efforts going forward. We?ve also introduced a mindfulness app and are beginning to roll out a platform for financial wellbeing. Employees also have received a one-off contribution and guidance to work from home safely. As we look at re-opening offices, we?ll continue to monitor the situation and gather feedback through focus groups....Show more
