Mission IRMI helps save lives and livelihoods by empowering our customers with education and information for managing and insuring risk.
Description Since 1978, IRMI has helped risk and insurance professionals make wise decisions; that is why the owl is in our logo. We achieve our mission through the vast online IRMI library, continuing education, conferences, and webinars, plus a vibrant online community of dedicated risk and insurance professionals. IRMI is the most accurate and reliable resource available, maintaining the highest levels of integrity in all that we do.

Our corporate culture is friendly, supportive, and team-oriented. Everyone is important and we treat each other with respect. We work hard and we have fun, too. Our office is professional and comfortable. We have an up-to-date technology infrastructure on which we use the latest software and programs. At IRMI, we have employees who have been here for over 30 years, others who just started. We're a team. We work hard to achieve our goals and we have fun doing it. That's why IRMI has been named one of the Top 100 Places To Work in Dallas by the Dallas Morning News!

All of IRMI colleagues are expected to embrace and pursue six core values:

• Focus on the customer
• Pursue quality
• Drive for results
• Be open and honest
• Collaborate selflessly
• Support each other
