We are a southeast Michigan based credit union, founded in 1935 when friends and neighbors put five dollars into a fund from which anyone could borrow in a time of need. This simple plan improved the lives of everyone in the neighborhood by providing a sense of financial security, and more importantly, a common bond and sense of belonging to something special. This provides the framework for our Credit Union's philosophy and is in concert with our core values: Committed, Credible, Charitable, and United.
Committed: We are committed to serving Michigan, guided by the principles that underlie the credit union movement of service, integrity, and respect for every human being.
Credible: We are our Members' trusted financial advisors; each Team Member plays an integral role in the well-being of our Members' financial lives and the success of Community Choice Credit Union.
Charitable: We give big every day to our membership, our communities, and each other. We are dedicated to supporting Michigan by giving our time and services to the communities that we serve.
United: We are a Team. We unite to achieve and celebrate success, while working to continuously improve the service we provide to our members, our communities, and each other.
