Since 1997, PPHG has lovingly restored four landmark properties and estates, inspiring unparalleled backdrops for special events that preserve the beauty and rich character of each.
Premier downtown venues include the 19th-century William Aiken House and majestic Lowndes Grove Plantation – downtown Charleston’s last great waterfront estate. PPHG’s celebrated portfolio also showcases an Art Deco-style cinema, The American Theater; the picturesque River House at Lowndes Grove; and acclaimed Fish Restaurant, helmed by South Carolina’s singular French Master Chef Nico Romo.
As a company, PPHG has also pioneered the revitalization of Upper King Street: transforming its historic venues into valuable generators of revenue for the surrounding community has helped usher in the wave of new business and development currently changing the face of this Downtown Charleston neighborhood. Patrick Properties hosts more than 500 events annually across its suite of properties.
