Description At Uplevel, we support software developers to do their job without burning out. We do this by taking in aggregate data from tools that developers use everyday like Slack, Calendar, Jira, Git and more - and then we offer coaching insights to help improve a sprint or support an employee from burning out. We do everything with developer health in mind - including respecting their privacy by only pulling in meta data.

We serve customers with large engineering teams from all sectors - some of our customers include Avalara, Qualtrics, Alvaria, Zipwhip, Nutanix, Malwarebytes, and more.

We were founded in 2018 as a spin-off company from Madrona Venture Labs. As of 2022, we have 30 employees and are growing quickly. While the majority of our team resides in Seattle, we are a remote-first company and do not have an office (for now). We have employees in California, Texas, Colorado, Florida, Illinois and are continuing to hire in all locations. We do prioritize in-person time and every two months, we fly everyone out to Seattle and spend a week together.
