Description Our company started in 1963 as a Sizzler licensee for Utah and Idaho looking to bring one of the original fast casual experiences to the Intermountain region. Over the next 25 years Sizzling Platter added locations in Washington and Nevada with the Sizzler brand. In 1993, Sizzling Platter opened the first of its 6 Red Robin Gourmet Burger locations in the Salt Lake City area in addition to three branded concepts. In 2006, Sizzling Platter management partnered with Valor Equity Partners to accelerate growth and entered the Little Caesars brand in 2007. Sizzling Platter further expanded its concept offering in 2012 by entering the Dunkin’ Donuts system in 2012. We are proud to operate safely and successfully today in 8 states in the Western US, Mexico, and in Shanghai through our joint venture
