Description While working at their first startup in 2020, JT Garwood and Jack Miller began noticing the inequalities, price gouging, and inefficiencies occurring in the healthcare industry. These weren’t results of the COVID-19 pandemic; they were by-products of a systemic issue the healthcare industry had perpetuated.

Frustrated, JT and Jack began to look for a solution for both providers and patients. The medical supply market looked ripe for change. It was overflowing with outdated processes, overpriced items, and gatekeepers.

What would happen if product prices were visible and accessible to anyone who visited the site? How would those reduced rates impact patients’ hospital bills and the quality of care rural practices can provide?

bttn was started in March of 2021 as a solution to these questions and to bring about much needed change to the medical supply industry. Our hybrid approach involves a digital e-Commerce platform, in addition to dedicated sales representatives. Customers can browse through over 60,000 medical supplies online at the click of a button. What also separates us from competitors is that we don't have contracts, product swapping, or MOQs. Our goal is to reduce the friction alternate site providers experience when purchasing medical supplies so they can help more patients.
