Trio Healthcare was formed in 2016. Our vision – to become a trusted and respected provider of post-acute healthcare and senior care services. Our mission is simple: “To make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve by providing competent, compassionate and outcome-oriented care – every day.” Trio currently operates 21 senior care facilities, including 12 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and assisted living centers in the state of Virginia and 9 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, assisted living, and senior independent living centers in the state of Ohio. As we look to the future, we understand that it’s not about how many centers we operate - it’s about the positive impact we make on the lives of the patients, residents and families we care for – every day. Strategic Therapy Associates

Locally owned and operated, Strategic Therapy Associates, has been providing services to at-risk children, adults, and families in Central and Southside Virginia for over twenty-five years. Strategic Therapy Associates is a family therapy agency that provides mental/behavioral health services such as intensive in-home therapy, therapeutic day treatment, mental health skill building, crisis intervention and outpatient therapy services to empower people to solve the problems putting them in at-risk situations. Our agency employs counseling and human services professionals who are interested in a unique, family-oriented/systems approach to working with clients, and desirous to help clients change the situations that maintain their involvement in the helping system. A variety of problems are addressed, including abuse, neglect, court-related problems, and other mental health issues. Our goal is to prevent residential/in-patient placement and safely maintain clients in their homes and communities. We provide services in over 20 counties across Central and Southwest Virginia. Our offices are located in Lynchburg, Farmville, Norfolk, Danville, Roanoke, and Galax.
