At NC Software Solutions, we strive to simplify and reduce the cost of manufacturing high-quality, sophisticated components through our software solutions. Our goal is to minimize manual input and processes while eliminating the need for rework, allowing for faster, more efficient production.
NC Software Solutions emerged in 2003 out of necessity during the F-22 Raptor production, which demanded tighter tolerances and increased manufacturing capabilities. Our founding members, a group of machinists and engineers, were determined to develop a software that could intelligently accommodate misaligned materials in any CNC machine, work with irregular or misshapen parts, and produce clean, quality parts without the need for rework.
This led to the creation of our flagship product, NC Transform, an adaptive machining solution that has been widely adopted globally. As we continued to grow, we developed additional products that complement NC Transform, simplify the manufacturing process, and lower costs.
Services: Adaptive machining software(NC Transform), machine monitoring software(MCS), 5-axis cutter compensation software(NCTC), tool assembly and life tracking software (TAC), open platform machine communication software (OpenNC), and customer software services.
