Description Founded in 2009, CorpNet is a family-owned, Westlake Village, California business ran by serial entrepreneurs Philip and Nellie Akalp. This dynamic attorney husband and wife team has provided business formation, payroll tax registration, and compliance services nationally for over 26 years.
CorpNet started as a small 15-person team and in the first years of business all employees came into the physical office in southern California. That shifted during the pandemic when the team pivoted to a remote work environment. Business boomed at CorpNet during the pandemic bringing in 200% growth. With the need to fill many new positions and a new permanent remote-work policy, CorpNet’s management team was able to hire new employees all across the United States.
