Windward Life Care is an independent care management company staffed by a team of experienced clinicians who supervise skilled hands-on home care aides. Older adults, their families, and their professional representatives establish a relationship of trust with an Aging Life Care™ Manager upon whom they can rely as other circumstances inevitably change. The care manager is a guide with knowledge of the local resources, understands the physical and emotional challenges of aging and disability, and possesses the skills to navigate difficult terrain.
