Ninja Dispatch is a specialized logistics outsourcing company providing after-hours and night-shift dispatch services for trucking, towing, and logistics companies across the United States.
Founded in 2018 in Cleveland, Ohio, Ninja Dispatch was built by experienced dispatchers who understood the operational gaps carriers face during evenings, weekends, and rapid growth phases. Today, we operate globally with a core operations hub in Bucharest, Romania, allowing our team to support U.S. carriers during their night shifts while working structured daytime schedules.
We are not a call center. We function as a fully integrated external dispatch department. Our team manages load planning, driver communication, maintenance coordination, ELD compliance monitoring, customer updates, track-and-trace, and operational support across multiple TMS and telematics platforms including McLeod, Samsara, Motive, TowBook, and others.
Our clients range from mid-sized carriers to growing logistics operations that require reliable, professional coverage without the overhead of building an in-house night team. We build custom SOPs for every account and continuously refine them alongside our clients to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and long-term operational stability.
