Description The Sacramento Native American Health Center Inc. (SNAHC) is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) (Federal Tax ID # 20-4287737) Federally Qualified Health Center, located in Midtown Sacramento. The health center is committed to enhancing quality of life by providing a culturally competent, holistic, and patient-centered continuum of care. There are no tribal or ethnic requirements to receive care here.
SNAHC is community-owned and operated; a Board of Directors governs the center. Since our grand opening the center staff has grown to meet the needs of the community, 26% are Native Americans from both local and out-of-state Tribes. SNAHC is a Certified Enrollment Entity that supports enrollment in public or private insurance coverage through Covered California, California’s health insurance marketplace. The health center has over 40 community partners to provide access to assistance programs.
