Vascular and Endovascular Institute of MI, P.C. Grew out of a one-man vascular surgeon practice that Dr. Youssef Rizk, DO, RVT, FACOS established in Clinton Township, Michigan in 2009. As a team, we have worked to be increasingly recognized as providing the highest quality care available in our profession as measured by patient satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
