Description Maxus Technology Corporation (formerly Medinex Systems) has changed its identity. After liquidating the assets from its previous operations -- office management and medical messaging software for physicians, hospitals, clinics, and labs -- Medinex acquired Canada-based subsidiaries Maxus Technology and Triple-Too Communications in 2003 and replaced its directors and executives with managers from the acquired companies. Purchased through a stock exchange, Maxus' subsidiaries provide technology asset maximization services designed to help companies recycle, refurbish, or find buyers for their old or surplus telecommunications equipment. Former president Michele Whatmore owns about a quarter of the company.
