Pros

Working at (RED) has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. As a Digital Manager, I had the opportunity to combine creative problem-solving with mission-driven work, knowing that every campaign had a direct impact on global health initiatives. The team is small but mighty, filled with smart, passionate people who genuinely care about the mission and each other. Leadership encourages innovation, collaboration, and cross-functional growth, which gave me the freedom to bring big ideas to the table and see them come to life. The pace can be fast and the bar is high, but it’s motivating to know the work is meaningful and tied to real-world change. If you’re looking to grow your digital skills while contributing to something larger than yourself, (RED) is a fantastic place to do it. Pros: Inspiring mission, collaborative culture, leadership support, opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Cons

Cons: Fast-paced environment may not be for everyone, but it keeps the work exciting.

Pros

Everyone on the (RED) team is extremely talented and passionate about what they do. It is the most supportive community and they greatly prioritize the wellness of all employees. Given the meaningful work that (RED) does, the same kindness translates to the culture within and it really makes for such a great place to work. The fellowship program is also a fabulous way to learn so much out of college. It gives you the chance to work across all different teams to apply unique skills and learn more about what interests you. Couldn't recommend enough!

Cons

Very few cons working at (RED). There were a few instances that one employee was a bit difficult to work with but the team worked together to figure out the best way to all move forward.

Pros

The (RED) fellowship program was fun and a great learning experience. The managers were understanding and also made you feel part of the projects. Everyone is also super kind, creative, and hardworking!!

Cons

It’s kind of like a fast-paced start-up-like environment...so if that’s not your preferred work style, it may not be the best fit. HOWEVER, it’s always worth exploring!!!
