      You get to leave at the end of the day

      Cons

      The work balance is terrible, you will be stuck working a queue that is less staffed and a management team that is completely oblivious. You will be talked down too when you bring up worries or issues and told there is nothing they can do and to power through as it will get better. Or management will outright ignore you
