Deversive responsibilities, loved helping patients in anyway I could

Cons

Had been in customer service 30+ years previous to this job and developed my skills to the 100th degree. This does not mix well in this setting. I was way too much for this job and ended up making company mistakes and wasn't given a chance to fix it. They got me out hiding behind a PIP.
