Job instability, poor leadership and decision making on leaderships' parts, not treating long time employees who have been loyal to the company for a long time well. This company was good years ago but I seems like a change in management has drastically changed the culture for the worse.

Women should stay away from this place!!! This place is a toxic environment but even more so for women. Employees just look so beaten down. The turnover rate is extremely high and they don’t know how to keep actual good people around. Huge departments that used to be 4-5 person departments have now been reduced to 1 to 2 people handling the work load. No one can keep up anyone. It’s nothing but chaos everywhere, it’s nothing but chaos every day. I am desperately trying to leave. Oh yeah, good luck trying to get a raise. There’s always a raise freeze or some excuse. This company is built on negativity and it’s palpable, you can just feel your soul being crushed. Ownership doesn’t care about employees. I honestly don’t know how we stay in business.
