      Pros

      My peers are excellent. They are intelligent and very professional. The only good thing about working in the Professional Services department is the opportunity to work with such wonderful consultants who are just brilliant.

      Cons

      - Weak Management - Unnecessary power play by mid-level managers - Mistreatment of consultants by mid-level managers - Senior management not addressing the issues - Double standards - Not very many opportunities for growth even for the brilliant consultants
