PM's acknowledge the good work of their developers. 6. PM's/Seniors are welcoming suggestions from their juniors. 7. Bosses are listening to their employees, they ask for your feedback or if you need anything to improve your work. 8. No politics, if you're good then you are going to get promoted. No bias in age or yrs of tenure. 9. Free certifications and re-try. 10. HR is always open for communication about anything. 11. Free foods or meryendas weekly and when monthly awarding. 12. Leave credits is good now because of the additional base on your tenure. (Example that they are doing something to satisfy their employees needs) 13. Retirement plan. 14.
