Pros

1. I believe salary is good but can be better. 2. Annual increase and you can ask if not satisfied but of course you have to earn it. 3. Peter and Pam are not strict they just want disciplined people. 4. PM's are good and easy to communicate with and yet they are still trying to get better for their developers. 5. PM's acknowledge the good work of their developers. 6. PM's/Seniors are welcoming suggestions from their juniors. 7. Bosses are listening to their employees, they ask for your feedback or if you need anything to improve your work. 8. No politics, if you're good then you are going to get promoted. No bias in age or yrs of tenure. 9. Free certifications and re-try. 10. HR is always open for communication about anything. 11. Free foods or meryendas weekly and when monthly awarding. 12. Leave credits is good now because of the additional base on your tenure. (Example that they are doing something to satisfy their employees needs) 13. Retirement plan. 14. Free drinks/medicine/snacks in the office.

Cons

1. Please remove the leave deduction for Special Holidays. 2. Give us a bit of free time to learn new technologies especially if needed for a project, so that we don't start the project with spaghetti code or with bad implementation. 3. Better HMO. 4. Additional benefits.

Pros

- A good company that has lots of benefits: You'll have allowances, de minimis, incentives for Perfect Attendance even while working from home. - Hyflex setup. You have the freedom to Work from home or on site. They require 3-day on site work for those within 40km, the purpose is to enforce physical collaboration and so the bond between the team can be strengthened. - While working at 1902 Software, I never felt stagnant in terms of career progression. They promote people and provide training if they assess you lacking on the necessary skill set. - If you face problems in your tasks, you will never feel alone as you have reliable team mates who are always willing to help; most of their technical Project Managers were once a developer so they can relate to your struggles and will be a big help whenever facing problems. - Their HR Department is always open to suggestions for the betterment of the company. Even when talking to the HR Head you won't feel intimidated as you'll see her sincerity to help and assist. They always want to hear from you, whether it is a struggle that you face on your work or even a constructive criticism that will help the company improve. - The best benefit you will have while working at 1902 Software is the team mates that are reliable and trustworthy. You will have co-developers that are always willing to help you if you struggle in your tasks, You will have a QA team that are collaborative, you can always ask the most intuitive solution from them; and a highly technical PM that were once a developer so they can always relate to you and they can even help sometimes in development. - If you got used to a "petiks" environment, you'll have a different impression with 1902 because they are disciplined to work. This is vital in both your personal and career growth.

Cons

- The number of leave credits is something to improve on. Other companies pays for Special non-working holidays but this is not mandated by the law. I hope 1902 Software will consider this as well :)
