      Difficult place to work at

      Pros

      The pay along with the benefits.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Work people too hard. Don't properly train people for jobs there. More focus on getting out the numbers than the welfare of the employees. Lucky to get a raise once a year. Praise the people standing around talking. Punish the people who are actually do their job. Try to get rid of people who don't meet up to their expectations. Lack of compensation for people who get injured on the job. Supervisors and upper management doesn't care one way or the other especially about what the employees think.

      There are no pros to this company they treat there employees like crap. They make millions employees make pennies.!

      Cons

      Your just a number here and if you get seriously injured here make 2 important calls 911 and a good workman's comp lawyer your gonna need one. If you broke your neck on the job they'd fight you and claim it didn't happen there trust me I fought them for almost 2 yrs for a major surgery and rehab
