Sexual Harassment Tolerated AND Encouraged!

Uncapped commission, vacation paid on anniversary date.

Cons

Sexual Harassment gets a pat on the back, upper management is sexist, you will work pretty much all holidays despite slow sales, long hours, customers can get a better discount than employees in most cases, lack of training.

EXTREMELY out dated point of sale computer system Minimum wage vs. commission (either/or depending on sales commission) sales training very limited, no structured sales meetings sales/management not very helpful, you split commissions if you cant close and they simply take over the sale brutal 9am-9pm hours, mandatory to work ALL holidays except Christmas and Easter extremely rough for new salespeople given the hours and minimal training 80% of the sales staff earn less than $500 gross a week Insurance benefits are degrading every year and costing more weekly $

This place will suck your soul out. From top to bottom it is nothing but a bunch of misogynistic men, that make lewd comments about women. It is not a safe space for any marginalized people.
