      Students, direct coworkers only pros

      Cons

      Very poorly run program, administration is nasty and they take in students without the appropriate staff to support them. I never had a lunch break or prep period while working there. Do not work here

      Administration is a disaster. Understaffed, overworked…no prep time, financial mismanagement… the school should be shut down.

      great students, paid school vacations

      Cons

      managment is horrible, the trainings we had to do used literal dog training videos to teach how to interact with students and compared the students to dogs. a behaviorlist was allowed to use borderline abusive tactics after being told not to by a bcba with no consequents
