    Manager very lenient. Convenient location. Hours are convenient to having a famil y.

    Job is monotonous. Get bored. Not stimulated. Management has favorites& shows

    Treat everyone as equal.
    If your going to discipline do it when you're in a good or bad mood.
    Font discuss employees personal business with staff that do not need to know.
