      Pros

      You are allowed to have your own timings, your task is independent to others and once you get to know how to do it you lead by yourself. Peaceful office.

      Cons

      Low salary, no proper support for a fresher, no benefits, they pay for your insurance but the policy they offer is not good, they expect you to know everything with in two or three weeks. Stressful and unplanned onsite work. They cahnge their decisions with in hours. Uncertainty in job confirmation keepa haunting you.

      Pros

      Easy to get an offer but it is not worth it.

      Cons

      No support for freshers, worst management, complete torture. No job security. The training period is very hectic and stressful. Please stay away from this company.

      Pros

      The benefits were okay, and the laidback attitude was great - but not so great for projects.

      Cons

      Owner hired a lot from Lawrence Tech, but I was expected to know everything in a month. I got yelled at by customers, when projects were not going as expected. Likely owner stepped in and covered for me and blamed the technology. I did not see a future with this company.
