      High expectations lead to top performance. Great perks (fruits, juices, parties, job ticket, educational budget). Nice, helpful colleagues, modern equipment and tools, friendly management. Very prestigious place to work, top clients and growth prospects. Working from home is possible.

      Cons

      Very complex products and business processes. Top Management a bit disconnected from reality.

      - Supportive colleagues (they really help you then you stuck with something) - Fruits in the office - Location of the office (city center)

      Cons

      - There is a separation for developers who doing really interesting stuff and who doing just customer support with configuration stuff and unfortunately there are no rotations in that positions. - Management usually doesn't care if you are unhappy with stuff you are doing. - No salary reviews.
