    I have been working at AIMMS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Employees are highly valued here; Under Holacracy (decentralized management, self-organizing teams), product development/improvement can progress rather quickly. Increased efficiency by avoiding disorganized managerial opinions or politics; Annual reviews/raises and performance based bonuses; Excellent vacation policy and good benefit package; Family atmosphere; Great co-workers! Stand up desk, updated equipment/electronics; Peaceful atmosphere to work! Picnic/dinner party/birthday surprises;

    Cons

    The office can be very quiet at times because of flexible work from home policy; It's a small company so there aren't a lot of career paths to take; Initially might take some time to warm up with the Holacracy rhythm.

    Cons

    So-so benefits & pay Lots of travel for most positions Mostly remote teamwork, requires awkward working hours Holacracy structure can be challenging (not for everyone)

    I have been working at AIMMS full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    At AIMMS, everyone matters, employees as well as customers, and listening is not just procedure but really at the heart of the company. The long term view is always taken into account. Employees are stimulated to develop themselves, and resources are available.

    Cons

    Ambitions are bigger than capacity, which makes the work pressure high (but overtime is never requested), and leads to disappointments when great ideas cannot be implemented.
